Jean François Roy's farm is located in the town of Lye on the borders of Touraine, Sologne and Berry. Owner harvesting on the site since 1989, with a strong family tradition, regularly modernizes and expands the estate, currently covering an area of ​​30 hectares. The estate has obtained level 3 certification as a High Environmental Value operator.
