WINE
We are less familiar with Claire Naudin's Aligotés than her Côtes-de-Nuits-Villages or Hautes-Côtes. Here she offers a completely accomplished version, born from sixty-year-old vines. A wine with an engaging nose of white fruits mixed with minty and floral nuances, with a tender, fatty and flowing palate, stimulated just enough by a fine acidity. A balanced, lively and delicious wine.
THE WINEMAKER
Claire Naudin took over Domaine Naudin Ferrand in 1994 to put her stamp on it. Resolutely a fan of sustainable viticulture and integrated production, she refuses standardization and prefers an artisanal approach to sustainable viticulture, with minimal interventionism. Its Burgundian tradition wines, wines of emotion, but also wines of the future, take into account the carbon footprint. Woman winegrower, passionate mother, she wants to pass on her heritage for our greatest pleasure.
